金沢市尾張町【八百萬本舗】について

八百萬本舗内には400年前の金沢城下町の一部である惣構堀があります。安土桃山から江戸時代に建造された金沢市指定史跡です。建物は、昭和初期に生まれた志村金物店を平成の後半(2015年)にリノベーションし、令和を迎えています。店内の歴史遺産や建築は、安土桃山・江戸・明治・大正・昭和・平成そして令和の6つの時代と共に生き、飢饉、パンデミック、戦争、そして戦後の華やかな歴史の目撃者でもあります。工芸、食品、雑貨などの八百萬のモノを楽しむだけでなく、歴史や今様に生まれ変わった空間も楽しみながらお過ごし下さい。ご来店心よりお待ちしております。

We have a piece of Kanazawa Castle Town known as Sogamaebori from 400 years ago inside of our shop . It is part of a historic moat, designated by Kanazawa city , built during the Azuchi-Momoyama and Edo Periods. The bulding was originally constructed as a hardware store in the 1930’s(Showa Period) and was renovated in 2015 (Heisei Period) and now here we are in 2021 (Reiwa Period)

Thus our shop’s origins stretches across 6 historical periods which makes us very unique.

This building had witnessed famine, pandemics, wars as well as renaissance and prosperity . Not only you can enjoy crafts, food and goods, but you can also relax in the ambience and architecture here in Yaoyoroz. We are looking forward to serving you.
